Ah, the classic disappearing act. First, try scanning the sticker again—if your video uploaded, it should play instantly. If not, try the upload again. You should see a little animation or movement near the QR code as the video uploads (think of it as a progress bar doing a happy dance).
Older phones can be a bit dramatic, even with the latest iOS—so if you have access to a newer phone, give that a whirl.
