Ah yes—the vanishing act. First, try scanning the QR code again. If the upload worked, your video will appear like magic. If not, give it another go—when uploading properly, you should see a little motion or progress animation near the QR code as it does its thing.
Older phones can be a bit dramatic, even with the latest update. If you’re still stuck, try it from a newer phone (or borrow a tech-savvy teenager’s).
